Level365 worked with KSM Consulting to determine adequate bandwidth was available which was provided by Verizon FiOS in the NYC location and Comcast for their Indianapolis office. KSM Consulting prepared their local-area network to support voice traffic and assure it was ready for the phones to be plugged in. Working under a tight time-frame, Level365 had numbers assigned to all of the locations and using zero-touch provisioning, were able to set-up their phones for remote installation, reducing installation time and cost. Level365 had phone numbers assigned, phones set up and installed on desks within three business days!
