After more than 60 days into the installation and still without assigned phone numbers or an ETA of a completion date, they were desperate and even looked at buying prepaid cell phones and data hotspots. Lyssé asked their IT partner, KSM Consulting to look at other options.

The Solution

Lyssé needed a solution that would grow as fast as they were without a lot of upfront capital expenditures and a fixed monthly cost. The Voice365 Hosted Voice IP provided by Level365 allowed the different locations to function as if they were all in one location while also minimizing any costly support or move-add-changes charged by legacy providers. The Result

Level365 was brought in to meet with and propose a solution to replace the “in-progress” installation. Level365 worked with KSM Consulting to determine adequate bandwidth was available which was provided by Verizon FiOS in the NYC location and Comcast for their Indianapolis office. KSM Consulting prepared their local-area network to support voice traffic and assure it was ready for the phones to be plugged in. Working under a tight time-frame, Level365 had numbers assigned to all of the locations and using zero-touch provisioning, were able to set-up their phones for remote installation, reducing installation time and cost. Level365 had phone numbers assigned, phones set up and installed on desks within three business days!
