Level365 Summer 2022 Features Update

The team has been hard at work over the winter developing and testing our Summer 2022 release that includes new features and enhancements to existing features. These features are centered around helping you work and communicate in an office and hybrid-work environment.


New Features and Enhancements

Simplify Signing-in on Your Mobile App

If your account is enabled for SSO, you can easily log into the Mobile App using your Google, Microsoft, or Apple login credentials. Simplify logging in here.


New and Refreshed Web Phone

Summer cleaning brings a new look to our web-based phone app with a new look as well as new functionality to park and retrieve calls. You also now have call center functions are now built right into the web phone within a new Call Center tab allowing agents to see their queues and stats. Call through your computer here.

Call Routing Analytics

Ever wonder how that sales call ended up going to the warehouse? Cradle-to-Grave is a simplified viewing of a call’s route from start to finish across any call queues or auto attendants it travels through. Learn to track your calls here.

E911 Management

As more people transition to a hybrid or flex office environment, it is important that E911 knows your correct location and where you are calling from. Enhancements have been made to help you easily change your calling location within your user account.

Softphone Pro 2.0

Currently, in its prerelease testing phase for existing SoftPhone users, SoftPhone Pro 2.0 brings all the features and functionality of a desk phone into an application for both Windows and Mac OS. Great for remote and hybrid work teams that need the flexibility to work from anywhere.

CRM Connect Pro 2.0

Now with over 250+ CRM integrations into CRMs, ConnectPro 2.0 integrates seamlessly with your preferred CRM and Level365’s UC platform. When you receive or place a call, automatically bring up the corresponding record, log your activity, add a new contact, and click to dial. Did we mention it works with MS Teams?!


Make Faxing Even Easier

Coming soon, you will be able to send faxes through more than your email! Accounts with faxing enabled can now view and send faxes through our web app. Organizations with privacy requirements can add an additional level of protection by disabling the external forwarding of faxes and keeping them secured within your Level365 account.
