Reseller Partners receive comprehensive training. Also, they have the ability to close Level365 sales independently. Additionally, reseller Partners have a minimum quarterly commitment for sales revenue with a 6-month period to achieve that level. Also, they’re paid a residual commission of the installed monthly revenue. In this case, it allows you to grow your business using our already established platform.

(2) Private Label

As a Level365 Private Label partner, you can provide your customers with a full UCaaS platform of services under your own brand. Options include private-label billing, full custom branding on all end-user touchpoints as well as iOS and Android custom applications.

Below are high-level details of our program:

(1) Set Your Own Pricing: 

The Level365 Private Label program gives you the flexibility to set your sales price to your clients. There are minimum monthly revenue commitments with volume discounts as you grow and add more users.

(2) Billing:

We handle the billing under your brand, while you handle the installation and ongoing support to end users. At the end of the month, you receive a reconciliation report and payment of the difference between your cost and the sales price.

(3) Customer Relationship & Support: 

You own the relationship with your endusers. However, we provide you with ongoing Tier 2 and 3 Technical Support to help you support your clients.

(4) Installation Support: 

Although you are responsible for installation, we provide you with project management support as you transition customers from their existing service to the Level365 Unified Communications (UC) platform.
