It’s hard to believe, but David Innie has been a part of the Level365 family for nearly nine years!
If you have worked with him, you know exactly why he is a cornerstone of the support team. David is the guy who doesn’t just ‘fix’ problems; he thinks them through with a level of care that is rare to find. Whether he is helping a customer navigate a technical hurdle or mentoring a teammate, he does it with genuine kindness and a deep understanding of our platform.
That is why we are so proud to share that David is stepping into a new role as our Technical Support Manager. It means David will be bringing his years of engineering experience into a leadership position, overseeing our support operations while staying hands-on with the technical work he loves.
