We’re pleased to announce that Jason Johansen has joined the Level365 team in the new role of Technical Services Manager! He’s responsible for managing our support engineers, training new technicians, and assisting customers needing additional support.
Jason is a certified telecommunications expert with over a decade of experience in the industry. Jason is not just well-versed in one or two telephone systems – he has extensive knowledge of dozens of them. With a passion for improving the way people communicate, he’s dedicated his career to helping businesses get the best phone solution for their communication needs.
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT JASON
- Grew up in Lebanon, Indiana
- Attended IUPUI majoring in Business Management
- Holds three black belts in martial arts, and has been a self-defense instructor for 25+ years. His wife and two daughters are black belts too…you don’t want to mess with this family!
- Always entertaining his wife, daughters, and four cats with “great” dad jokes.
